**Overview**

**ey Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **sign design and proof development**, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client expectations
- Operate **large-format printing equipment**, including printing, cutting, and laminating on various substrates
- Fabricate and install a wide range of signage, including **vinyl graphics, dimensional signs, aluminum sign boxes, backlit signs, architectural letters**, and more
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to **coordinate projects and meet deadlines**:

- Perform **routine maintenance** on equipment and maintain **inventory levels**:

- Accurately track and manage **job documentation**, both digital and paper-based
- Support efforts to **streamline production processes** and enhance efficiency
- **Troubleshoot equipment issues** and escalate as needed
- Maintain a **safe, clean, and organized workspace**, following safety protocols
- Occasionally **travel outside of Edmonton** for installations

**Qualifications**:

- **2-3+ years** of experience as a Sign Fabricator/Installer
- (Experience with channel letters, cabinets, aluminum sign boxes, backlit signs, architectural letters, indoor reception signs, vinyl decals, wall murals, window graphics, etc.)_
- Ability to **read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics**:

- Strong knowledge of **measurements, material handling, and layout accuracy**:

- Proficient with **hand and power tools**:

- Skilled in operating **large-format digital printing, cutting, and lamination equipment**:

- Able to work **independently** and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong **interpersonal and troubleshooting skills**, with a **positive attitude**:

- Willingness to **learn and adapt** to new technologies and processes
- Possession of a **valid Class 5 driver’s license**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and **RIP software** is a strong asset
