Overview
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and safety protocols.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings accurately to guide project execution.
- Oversee the installation of framing, concrete forms, rebar, siding, flooring, tile laying, roofing, and other building components.
- Manage team members performing tasks such as cabinetry installation, drywall work, painting, caulking, plumbing, electrical work, and woodworking.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, CNC equipment, and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure work meets specified standards and client expectations.
- Assist with construction estimating and project scheduling to optimize resources and timelines.
- Provide mentorship and training to crew members to improve skills in masonry, framing, siding, or other specialized trades.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment at all times. Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction or related trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, construction estimating, and technical drawings.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently on-site.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in project execution.
- Valid certifications or licenses related to construction trades are preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior experience in restoration projects or handyman services is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices is essential.

s: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $25.70-$44.26 per hour Work
