**Location**: 129 Fenmar Drive, North York, ON
**Shift**: Monday to Friday, 1 pm to 9:30 pm
**We are Public Transit accessible **
CMI is located at Steeles Avenue & Weston Road in North York. A 20-minute bus ride from TTC Pioneer Village Subway Station in North York.

Here’s what we do
CMI sources and processes recycled ferrous and non-ferrous metals across North America and ensure they do not end up in a landfill or go to waste. Our recycling stream ensures that all the ferrous and non-ferrous metals that enter our yards will create something new again
Here’s where you come in
As CMI continues to grow we are looking for passionate people to join our Operations team. As a Operations Administrator, you will be the first point of contact to our internal and external customers and will be responsible for administering the scale operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide enthusiastic and exceptional customer service
- Accurate documentation of all inbound and outbound scale transactions
- Prepare accurate shipping documentation
- Maintain radio contact with appropriate yard personnel and drivers
- Ability to effectively communicate with carriers, company drivers and employees
- Data entry
- Additional tasks as required.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous customer service and admininstration experience in a industrial/manufacturing facility is an asset
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment in a positive manner
- Excellent telephone skills
- Strong communication skills
- Basic MS Office and computer skills
- Posses the desire and ability to learn
