Operational Administrator

**Job Summary**
**Duties**
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure efficient office security operations.
- Assist with/and review of schedules, entering approved schedules, sending out quotes for services, setting up new clients, uniform inventory & placing orders, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
- Maintain organized records and files, and office documents.
- Assist with customer support inquiries, addressing questions and concerns professionally.
- Perform proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Collaborate with operations team to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in an administrative role; experience in an office is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Past security experience is an asset
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with computerized office systems is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
