**Job Title: Beauty Salon Admin**

You’ll manage front desk activities, coordinate appointments, and provide top-notch customer service while supporting our talented beauty professionals. **What you’ll do**
- Oversee front desk operations, welcoming guests with a warm smile and exceptional hospitality.
- Manage appointment scheduling using salon software, ensuring efficient time management for both staff and clients.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon to create a safe and inviting atmosphere.
- Assist in retail sales by showcasing products through engaging demos and upselling techniques.
- Support beauty professionals with administrative tasks related to services.
- Handle social media, to promote salon services and engage with our community online.
- Collaborate with the team to enhance guest experiences through innovative ideas and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in administrative roles within a beauty or wellness setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar salon software is a plus for seamless appointment management.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members alike.
- Experience in retail sales with an understanding of product demonstrations and upselling strategies.
- Ability to maintain high sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.
- A passion for the beauty industry.
- Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 36 per week
