**Description of Job Responsibilities**:

- Ensure all spa operations are executed at the highest quality level, and in a cost-effective way.
- Recruit and manage a team capable of delivering excellence and maintain existing relationships with our customers ( team 20 ppl+)
- Processing payroll on biweekly base
- Ensuring client satisfaction, responding to inquiries or complaints and resolving problems
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee utilization efficiency
- Planning, organizing, directing, controlling and evaluating the operations of the salon
- Planning and controlling budget. Examine financial data and use it to improve profitability
- Lead the salon team, fostering a collaborative coaching environment
- An ability to remain calm under stressful circumstances

**Qualifications**:

- Love for the beauty industry.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a salon manager
- University degree in Business; a concentration/certification in Operations Management or related field is desirable
- Proven success in organizational effectiveness
- Experience budgeting and forecasting
- Goal and results driven
- Exceptional communication skills in dealing with business and staff needs
- Strong organizational and planning skills, capable of multi-tasking, and ability to work independently
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge on Timely Booking System is a bonus
