**What your day to day will look like**:
Reporting into the Manager of Operational Training in a hybrid role.
- **General administration; **Maintain accurate training records including updating training program documentation and reporting of training outcomes in our learning management systems MS Office, BIStrainer, and Articulate. Assist with drafting training communications.
- **Logistical coordination; **Develop and invite employees to monthly and annual training schedules. Coordinate in person training events including venue and materials.
- **Continuous improvement; **Assist in testing new processes and assess training effectiveness providing knowledge refreshers as required.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Must have minimum 2 years experience in an administrative position and/ or completed post-secondary education in a relevant field.
- Post-secondary education in technical training with familiarity in Instructional Design and Curriculum Development is an asset.
- Must be tech savvy with the ability to easily troubleshoot technical issues and learn new programs quickly.
- Excellent communicator with strong organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential information and prioritize multiple projects at once.
- Previous experience using BIStrainer and Articulate is an asset.

- 20-40 minute assessment (depending on optional practice questions or breaks)
- 30 minute MS Teams video interview with the Hiring Manager and direct Supervisor for the role
