**Personal Trainer / Group Fitness Instructor Job Responsibilities**:

- Train all clients in Playground's form of training methods
- Coach large groups of individuals from all fitness levels through strength and metabolic style workouts
- Bring amazing energy every day and a positive attitude
- Be able to competently explain and demonstrate proper exercise form for large groups
- Use coaching cues to help members understand exercise form and offer substitutions where necessary
- Maintain Studio upkeep
- Hit Target Goals - Build and foster relationships within the studio by following the company guidelines and policy - Follow Playground guidelines and policy

**Personal Trainer / Job Requirements**:

- 0-2 years experience in Fitness and/or Group Training
- National-level Fitness Certification (NSCA, ACSM, ACE, NFPT, NASM, or reputable organization) CPR Certified
- Background in fitness required (athletics, sports, exercise science kinesiology or related field) - Basic understanding of human anatomy and physiology
- Must have knowledge of H.I.I.T., periodization, and programming skills that lead to client result success
- Must work well within a team to accomplish common goals
- Excellent coaching skills

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $25.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 7 per week
