Executive Assistant Career Opportunity
The Dufresne Group is currently seeking an Executive Assistant for our Dufresne Team within our Home Office located at 147 Commerce Drive in Winnipeg, MB.
As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing senior administrative support to the President & Vice President, Dufresne Furniture and Appliances and other Executives as required. You will coordinate activities and complete a range of tasks to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the DFA office, thereby enabling the President & VP to focus on achieving the company’s strategic and operational goals.

**As an Executive Assistant, you will**:
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation, and develop monthly financial reporting summaries, track information, and provide first-level analysis.
Assemble report cards for locations highlighting opportunity areas.
Complete and process monthly expense reports for the Dufresne Brand and the Vice President/President.
Attend weekly meetings, take minutes, distribute action plans, and create a follow-up.
Arrange meetings for the Vice President/President, both internal and external, at the company's facilities.
Prepare presentations, handouts and supporting material. Book meeting rooms, order refreshments, set up conference calls, etc.
Execute all travel arrangements and requirements for the Dufresne team.
Project and task management for the Dufresne Brand activities.
Maintains the Brand information on a shared drive, DropBox, and TDG Connect (intranet).
Vacation coverage for other EA and Administrative Assistants as needed.
Serve as the liaison between the Vice President/President and the Executive Management Committee, the public, suppliers, customers, and employees of the company. Interacts extensively with others on the phone and in person.
Post-secondary education in office/business administration is preferred. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
3-5 years experience as an Administrative Assistant.
Previous experience as an Executive Assistant is an asset.
Strong financial acumen.
Superior computer skills with advanced working knowledge of Microsoft office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI experience an asset.
High professionalism with the ability to work with confidential/sensitive information.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
Experience with project planning and research is an asset.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Criminal Background Check will be required.
