**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform a wide range of concrete-related tasks including pouring, leveling, finishing, and curing to achieve desired results.
- Assist in the preparation of worksites by cleaning, setting up forms, and ensuring proper layout according to blueprints and project specifications.
- Operate a variety of construction equipment such as concrete mixers, power trowels, and vibrators to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
- Maintain and clean tools, equipment, and worksites to ensure a tidy and organized workspace.
- Assist with other construction tasks as required, including material handling, excavation, and general labor duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Concrete Laborer in the construction industry, with a demonstrated track record of successfully completing concrete-related tasks.
- Strong knowledge of concrete materials, mixing ratios, pouring techniques, and finishing methods.
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment used in concrete work, including power trowels, screeds, and vibrators.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, layouts, and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of concrete-related tasks.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to work in physically demanding conditions, including lifting heavy objects, bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a diverse construction team.

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Greater Toronto Area, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
