**About the Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in placing, leveling, and finishing concrete surfaces to required specifications.
- Set, align, and remove forms for sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and other concrete features.
- Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools such as trowels, edgers, screeds, and concrete saws.
- Patch, grind, and repair concrete surfaces as needed.
- Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Work as part of a crew to meet daily production targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in concrete finishing or flatwork.
- Knowledge of proper finishing techniques, tools, and curing methods.
- Ability to read grades and follow layout instructions.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Safety-conscious with reliable transportation to job sites.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
