The Role

We’re looking for a **IT Support Technician** to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is based **in-office** with regular **onsite visits** to client locations. You’ll handle day-to-day troubleshooting, workstation setups, ticket triage, and provide outstanding client support, while learning from a highly skilled team and building toward more advanced responsibilities.

What You’ll Do
- Provide first-line support in-office via phone, tickets, remote tools, and in person
- Escalate complex issues to Tier 2/3 with clear documentation
- Set up and deploy workstations, assist with equipment moves, and handle basic networking tasks
- Monitor and respond to RMM (Remote Monitoring & Management) alerts
- Maintain accurate PSA ticketing records and follow service procedures
- Visit client sites to deliver onsite support and hardware deployments

**Qualifications**:

- 0-2 years of IT support or Managed Services experience
- Diploma, certification, or relevant coursework in IT (A+, N+, MCP, etc.)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows/macOS and peripherals
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi)
- Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset
- Ability to lift and transport computer equipment as needed
- Flexibility to adapt schedule and occasionally provide after-hours support
- Own a reliable vehicle
