We’re looking for a Day Program Caregiver who’s ready to dive in, take initiative, and bring excitement to each day for the incredible individuals we support.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Supporting participants in daily life skills, recreation, and social activities, everything from cooking and crafts to community outings and dance parties
- Encouraging independence and cheering on achievements; big and small.
- Creating a safe, fun, and welcoming space where everyone feels included.
- Working as part of a team to plan activities, solve challenges, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Providing personal care and support when needed (with respect, dignity, and compassion at the heart of everything).

What We’re Looking For:

- Someone lively, positive, and ready to jump in with both feet.
- A natural leader who takes initiative, not just waiting for instructions but making things happen.
- Flexible and creative, you’re not thrown off when plans change, you roll with it
- A team player with a sense of humor (bonus points if you’re the first to start the conga line).

**Requirements**:

- Ability to engage with adults with developmental disabilities in a supportive, respectful way.
- Comfortable assisting with personal care when needed.
- Must be reliable and able to work weekdays, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.
- CPR/First Aid and WHMIS are assets (or willingness to complete).
- Valid driver’s license is a plus

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour
