As a CYW/DSW/PSW, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in various settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, or in their own homes. **Duties**:

- Provide personal care assistance to individuals, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed
- Administer medications according to prescribed instructions
- Monitor and document changes in patients' condition or behavior
- Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning and laundry

**Skills**:

- Experience or knowledge in dealing with complex special needs
- Proficient in meal preparation techniques and dietary restrictions
- Knowledge in dealing with aggressive clientele
- Knowledge of assisted living procedures and protocols
- Strong patient care skills with the ability to handle challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- Familiarity with medication administration procedures
