We currently have an opening for a Customer Solutions Analyst in Puslinch, ON. This role is responsible for effectively managing customer orders from receipt through delivery for designated customers, including key accounts, targeting a perfect order cycle.

**Please Note**: This role is currently being performed remotely during the Covid pandemic, but will return to an in-office based position when it is safe to do so.

**Major Responsibilities**:
Process orders accurately and timely

Understand the customers contact and order method/frequency whilst promoting efficiency tools to achieve error free data and levels of customer satisfaction

Investigate, communicate, and resolve issues

Payload adjustment to maximize truck utilization

Coordinate and process DSD orders as required

Secure and manage appointments for replenishment and promotional orders

Research late or missing orders

Timely capture and registering of re-delivery, returns, refusals as well as mitigating such actions

Timely resolution of customer deductions / compliance fines with proper investigation, back up and trend reporting

Timely communications to all key stakeholders

A strong resource and back up to all other accounts

Strong demonstration of process development and continuous improvement Qualifications

A university or college degree in a business-related discipline (such as supply chain or business administration), or equivalent combination of education and experience

Previous customer service experience in a Consumer-Packaged Goods and Supply Chain setting is preferred

Experience with SAP considered an asset

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)

Exceptional work ethic/dependability

Strong Oral/written/interpersonal communication skills for both internal and external customer relations

Professional and concise communication with key internal and external stakeholders

Strong analytical abilities leading to root cause analysis

Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment with strong initiative and drive to attain results

Bilingual - French and English a definite asset
