**Position Overview**:
As a Renovation Carpenter, you will play a vital role in our renovation projects, ensuring that each task is completed to the highest standards. Your expertise in carpentry, attention to detail, and dedication to excellent workmanship will contribute significantly to our mission of exceeding client expectations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform all aspects of carpentry work related to renovation projects, including framing, drywall installation, and finishing.
- Measure, cut and shape wood, plywood and other materials according to specifications.
- Install doors, windows, cabinets, trim and other fixtures with precision and care.
- Collaborate closely with project manager and other trades to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment, following all safety regulations and protocols.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address questions and concerns, ensuring transparency throughout the project.
- Troubleshoot and resolve ant issues that may arise during the renovation process, demonstrating a proactive approach.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a carpenter, preferably in renovation projects.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings and specifications.
- Proven reliability and integrity in previous roles; references will be required.
- Excellent problem solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's license and own transportation a must.
