The Temporary Accounts Payable Associate must be able to meet tight deadlines and be able to manage a large volume of invoices. He or she will be responsible for updating and processing invoices in an efficient manner. The Accounts Payable Associate will have to do related tasks to ensure compliance with corporate policies.

More specifically:

- Process supplier invoices, review them and ensure proper approvals are received.
- Match receiving reports; code to the appropriate account and enter it into the system for analysis.
- Arrange requests for new suppliers to be created.
- Review the unvouchered receipts report for accuracy.
- Ensure all invoices are processed in a timely manner.
- Follow up on all supplier requests.
- Maintain all accounts payable files.
- Education:_
- Have a technical diploma in accounting (DEC)
- Have 2-3 years of experience in the field of accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Skills and requirements:_
- Experience in posting invoices and matching 3 ways; ensuring invoices, delivering, and purchasing orders and system coding
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to speak fluently in English and French
- Excellent communication skills
