The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for the processing and follow-up of companies' accounts payable. He/she also participates in various tasks related to the accounting cycle, as needed.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Post purchase invoices;
- Reconcile invoices to purchase orders;
- Follow up on accounts payable and statements of account;
- Reconcile and file invoices and payments;
- Verify and record expense reports;
- Prepare payments;
- Consolidate purchase orders and file documentation;
- Prepare invoices and statements to be sent to customers;
- Prepare invoices and statements to be sent to customers; Make credit card payments, electronic funds transfers and wire transfers ;
- Perform all other related duties.

**Profile**
- Advanced degree or certification
- 5 years experience in the field of accounts payable
- Bilingualism
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft suite
- Good team spirit and collaboration
- Ability to adapt
- Organized
- Autonomous
