**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Front-End Manager and Chef, specializing in North Indian cuisine. As the Front-End Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, including inventory management, customer service, and online ordering fulfillment. Additionally, you will be the primary chef responsible for preparing our core dishes, including North Indian curries and chaat.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and execute daily front-end operations, including customer service and cashier duties
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, scheduling, and supervising staff
- Ensure efficient inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining optimal stock levels
- Prepare and cook authentic North Indian dishes according to established recipes and quality standards
- Perform food preparation tasks such as cleaning, cutting, and chopping ingredients
- Oversee the catering to online ordering system, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the store and kitchen area

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in cooking especially North indian curries and chaats
- Strong background in the food industry and restaurant management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
- Excellent team management and leadership skills
- Experience in food handling and customer service
