**Summary**

We are seeking an Assistant to join our team at Montessori Daycare. In this role, you will support our educators in creating a stimulating environment that fosters children's growth and learning. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring that each child receives the attention and care they need to thrive.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist lead educators in implementing the Montessori curriculum.
- Provide care and support to children in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Engage with children through educational activities and play.
- Monitor children's progress and report observations to educators.
- Support children with disabilities by adapting activities as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in early childhood education or caregiving is preferred.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Understanding of the Montessori method is an asset but not required.
- Compassionate attitude towards working with young children.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
