Job Summary:
The Product Data Coordinator will validate product data submitted by vendors for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with governance standards. It also includes translating product data fields to French for bilingual operations and supporting Product Data Analysts with data reviews. The role also entails logging, tracking, and resolving data-related issues following escalation procedures. Performing additional assigned duties may also be required.

Key Responsibilities:
As a member of the Merchandising group, the Product Data Coordinator will be responsible for:

- Validating and maintaining product data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with product data governance standards
- Translating product data fields to French to support bilingual operations.
- Support Product Data Analyst with product data reviews to enhance data quality.
- Assisting in documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency with data governance standards.
- Logging, tracking, and resolving data-related issues, following established escalation procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills, Experience, Education, Certifications:

- College diploma or previous experience in data entry and coordination will be considered.
- Minimum of 1 year experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Fluency in written and spoken French.
- Retail experience an asset.
