**Position Summary**

The E-Commerce Coordinator’s main role is to provide day-to-day oversight & management of assigned e
- commerce platforms, order processing & inventory management. Additionally, this person works with & supports the sales team so that the customer needs are met in terms of driving e-commerce sales, staying relevant on trends, maintaining inventory as data dictates, oversees website maintenance & web order processing.

E-Commerce Merchandising Coordinators are driven, dedicated self-starters who work to fully understand clients, systems & processes, & loves managing an E-commerce webstores. This person has a positive attitude with the ability to work efficiently, independently or with a team & will be working closely with the Ecommer Programs Director.

**Position Functions (Daily Responsibilities)**:

- Builds ecommerce stores for corporate clients within our proprietary Ecomm software
- Oversees, executes, & ensures accuracy in the item sku set-up process for web merchandising fromsourcing to sku population on identified e-commerce platforms
- Provides information & direction regarding graphic arts needs for web merchandise
- Regularly reviews merchandise to ensure proper & relative merchandising needs
- Runs Inventory & On-Demand sell-through reports to determine inventory needs, identify top-sellers,identify slow moving inventory, & merchandises accordingly _(all reports are from our proprietary software)_
- Processing of daily web orders
- Places & follows-up on all orders for inventoried merchandise
- Updates e-commerce platforms when inventory is received
- Becomes an expert in the e-commerce platforms’ capabilities & features from our proprietary software
- Reaches out to platform providers on issues which can’t be solved internally
- Handle e-commerce merchandise returns within our software
- Works with dedicated customer service team & fulfillment team
- Attends vendor meetings & shows

- Work effectively as part of the account team to achieve sales & margin goals
- Participate as a member of the account team to develop creative programs & solutions for clients
- Work in tandem with all internal teams
- Communicate in an effective & timely manner regarding opportunities & client issues

**Financial & Business Operation**:

- Operate in a financially responsible manner & achieve sales & profit objectives
- Complete assigned reporting & other tasks accurately, professionally & on schedule
- Perform & complete duties as deemed appropriate by management

**Qualifications (Education, Experience, Skills, Expertise)**:

- A degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, Ecommerce or related programs is great _(but not required)_, however proven, successful experience is ideal
- Must have some experience communicating with corporate business contacts
- Enjoys working with a team, brainstorming creative ideas, presenting solutions, & creating successhowever can work independently also
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Order Management Systems, CRM platforms, experience with e-commerce a plus (_but not required, we will teach)Work Style:_

- Strong written & verbal communication, organizational & time management skills, plus the ability to multi-task
- Strong & consistent ability to prioritize activities within specific time guidelines & handle multiple responsibilities within a specific time frame
