**Job Summary**
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to manage and streamline the production and installation of custom signage projects. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives on keeping multiple moving parts aligned and on schedule. You’ll be the connection point between sales, design, production, installation, suppliers, subcontractors, and engineers — ensuring every project is executed smoothly, on time, and to spec.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and manage multiple signage projects from approval to final installation
- Work closely with the design, production, and installation teams to align timelines and requirements
- Request and compare pricing from suppliers, subcontractors, and engineers for materials and services
- Coordinate schedules for in-house production and external installations
- Track project milestones and proactively identify potential delays or bottlenecks
- Communicate with the sales team to keep clients informed throughout the process
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Preferred experience in project coordination or production planning (signage or construction preferred)
- OR several years of experience in sign installation or construction, looking to transition into project coordination
- Strong understanding of blueprints, site plans, and installation drawings
- Experience working with engineers, municipalities, and permitting offices (preferred)
- Excellent communication and scheduling skills
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines for multiple active projects
- Confident working with vendors, subcontractors, and municipal contacts
- Familiar with project management tools (preferred)
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
- Detail-focused, solution-oriented, and accountable

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
