The OpportunityTundra has an opening for an Inside Sales Rep, in Fort St. John, BC. The successful candidate will be a sales professional who reflects a commitment to being responsive to our customer’s unique needs. They will possess exceptional organizational and customer service skills as they navigate a dynamic and customer-focused environment. Their ability to demonstrate a high degree of collaboration and support with stakeholders is key. The Role Foster relationships with customers by exploring business opportunities, promoting our product offerings, and providing solutions based on technical requirement. Prepare and execute sales quotes, sales orders, and purchase orders to completion – Using ERP software. Support customers and internal business units with technical requirements. Coordinate orders with internal business units and manufactures to ensure our customers receive a positive experience, quality products and flawless execution. Communication with external and internal stakeholders. Customer order management. Supporting the division manager with forecasting, and reporting. The Candidate Experience in an inside sales technical role supporting industrial, institutional, and commercial products. Experience with VFDs, Motors and Switchgear AND/OR experience with Instrumentation (Measurement and Analytical). Strong mechanical aptitude to navigate technical questions and address warranty and service-related issues. Experience quoting Industrial Buildings is considered an asset. Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook). Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
