Colony Ford Lincoln is looking for an Automotive Licensing Clerk to join their team in Brampton. This individual is responsible for clerk and administrative duties, such as licensing vehicles, planning and supporting office services for the dealership.

**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.
**Job Duties**:
- Handle all the licensing for the dealership; including Retail/Fleet and Leasing.
- Answering phones and greeting customers in the dealership.
- Prepare and organize licensing paperwork and submit to the Ministry of Transportation.
- Create and maintain documentation in vehicle files.
- Journal entry posting.
- Other administrative duties as required.

- Valid G Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
- Solid time management and decision-making capabilities.
- Effective listening and communication expertise.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A motivated individual who can work independently and as a team player.
- Previous automotive experience would be considered an asset.
