**Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

**Job Duties**:

- Handle all the licensing for the dealership; including Retail/Fleet and Leasing.
- Answering phones and greeting customers in the dealership.
- Prepare and organize licensing paperwork and submit to the Ministry of Transportation.
- Create and maintain documentation in vehicle files.
- Journal entry posting.
- Other administrative duties as required.

- Valid G Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Excellent organization and multi-tasking abilities.
- Solid time management and decision-making capabilities.
- Effective listening and communication expertise.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- A motivated individual who can work independently and as a team player.
- Previous automotive experience would be considered an asset.
