**Responsibilities and Duties**

The role is responsible for, but not limited to:

- Manage and oversee day to day project operations, from the start of the design phase to the end of the construction process, including project planning, scheduling, construction, on-site inspection, quality control and closeout.
- Develop project plans and associated communications documents and schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines.
- Prepare, issue and revise project schedules, including design and manufacturing phases, and a detailed list of tasks for trade superintendent, general foreman and subcontractor use.
- Determine needed resources (manpower, equipment and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
- Track project milestones and deliverables and ensure that projects remain on schedule, are completed on time and within budget.
- Act as a liaison between various internal and external stakeholders related to the project to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedure, complaints, and construction problems ensuring all activities meet scheduled deadlines, budget and quality.
- Conduct periodic onsite inspections to ensure activities are meeting standards, scheduling and provide recommendations for improvements, as necessary.
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
- Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.
- Resolve construction issues, conflicts, disputes, and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Exercise efficient change order management to ensure mínimal impact to project schedule/cost and margin.
- Responsible for creating, gathering and providing all project completion documentation to the construction management company and/or general contractor, and for completing the closing inspection and documentation of any deficiencies with the customer. Minimize deficiencies or other related issues which may give rise to delay in closing the project financial account and receiving hold back payments due.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- _**Minimum 3 years experience **_in Project Management in either a Project Manager or a seasoned Project Coordinator with a subcontractor in the multi-level residential, commercial and/or industrial space within the Construction industry.
