**i24 CALL MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS** is a 50-year old, Quebec-based, award-winning company in the call management industry.

We represent a large variety of clients who require telephone answering and customer service 24/7. We support them by acting as an extension of their business.

We answer Inbound calls only. We are not an outbound company.

While our head office is in Montreal, our clients are across Canada, and we even service our own industry for the French market outside the province.

We are currently expanding our marketing department, positioning the company for extensive growth in the next 5 years.

You are an innovative, talented individual who works well with others. You are detail-oriented but capable of looking at the big picture and can easily switch from one to the other with ease.

You have high standards and work hard to maintain them.

You have at least 5 years of experience and can demonstrate your strong skills and knowledge in your domain. You have excellent references.

You are comfortable working in English and French.

This is a primarily remote position but you would be required to come to the office on Jean-Talon one day a week, on an as needed basis, and for occasional meetings and company get togethers (which are epic btw).

The following is a list of responsibilities which could be modified as the marketing department needs evolve:
**Web development and management**

**Design**
- Content population
- Build new pages
- Text blocks
- Image galleries
- Web sliders
- Blogs/Editorials
- Website forms
- Content edits and updates
- Search Engine Optimization
- Webmaster (administration and optimization)
- UX/UI improvements
- Daily operations and troubleshooting
- Quality control
- User management
- Analyze and report on user engagement, participate in discussions, propose improvements on an ongoing basis.
- Audit website performance on an ongoing basis
- Liaison with our host re troubleshooting, special features, customization
- Participate in team strategy discussions, offering your expertise as it pertains to the marketing goals, setting KPI’s, analyzing ROI.

**Customer Relationship Management (CRM)**

**Contact Profile & User Management**
- Subscription status
- Profile data integrity
- Troubleshooting
- Reporting
- Analysis

**Mailer software management**
- Q/A and A/B testing across multiple devices and browsers
- Code HTML communications where necessary
- Assist in setting KPIs
- Report results, creating appropriate, relevant dashboards for Analytics and ROI discussions.

**List management**
- Edit and clean up of list files on an ongoing basis
- Uploading list files with proper field mapping
- Managing TAGs
- List segmentation

**Automations**
- Create and maintain dynamic funneling automations
- Segmentations based on TAGs and demographics
- Q/A testing

**Project Management within CRM**
- Develop user interface within CRM, using existing templates and customizing where necessary
- Work on organizational flow for use within the marketing department (perhaps beyond marketing where needed)
