**What You Will Do**:

- Communicate with supervisor regarding the status of work and any potential issues
- Perform resident in-unit cleaning as needed
- Perform in-unit turn cleans in preparation for new resident move-ins and move-outs
- Ensure maintenance cleaning supplies are in stock and inform supervisor when reordering is necessary
- Report to the Supervisor if the room is inadequately maintained
- Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents and current tenants, and promote a high-quality living experience for all residents
- Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure safety and cleanliness, and alert Maintenance to items that need to be repaired
- Communicate with the supervisor regarding the overall maintenance cleaning function of the property
- Participate in company-provided training such as fair housing, safety, non-discrimination, and harassment prevention
- Comply with all Company National Standards, applicable health and safety rules and regulations, as well as applicable local, state, and federal laws
- Reporting to supervisor if the Room is not well cared
- Any other duties as assigned.

- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Basic reading skills
- Be organized and able to prioritize and multitask
- Possess basic knowledge of workplace safety procedures.
