We are currently looking for a Carpenter Foreman for our projects in the Greater Toronto area and surrounding regions.

Your Role:
As a key member of our construction team, the Carpenter Foreman will work under the guidance of the Site Supervisor, collaborating with various team members and subcontractors across different worksites for CMC Canada.

Key Responsabilities
- Maintain a clean and organized construction site.
- Review and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.
- Interpret and analyze construction drawings and documentation.
- Collaborate with the Site Supervisor in work planning.
- Deliver high-quality construction projects on time.
- Adhere to work schedules, deadlines, and production objectives.
- Enforce company policies and procedures among team members.
- Participate in regular meetings with subcontractors and team members.
- Manage the supply and safe storage of materials, equipment, and tools.
- Layout and surveying.
- Promote teamwork and support a respectful and inclusive work environment.
- Perform other related duties as required.

Required Knowledge and skills
- Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience as a Carpenter Foreman.
- Strong framing skills required; experience with concrete formwork, placing, and finishing is an asset.
- Intermediate proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills for work tasks.
- Familiarity with regulations specific to various trades.
- Valid health and safety training for construction job sites (WHMIS, Working at Heights, etc.).
- Knowledge of and adherence to safety standards through OHSA training and practical experience.
- Valid driver's license.
- Red Seal Carpenter certification considered an asset.

Pay: $55.90 per hour
