**Overview**

Aibao Insurance is a licensed insurance brokerage in Ontario, backed by a core team with 20 years of industry experience and professional insurance academician qualifications. We are dedicated to providing tailored insurance solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assess clients’ insurance needs and provide expert advice on auto, home and commercial insurance products.
- Evaluate risk, generate competitive quotes, and negotiate terms with insurance providers.
- Maintain strong client relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and regulatory requirements.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- A valid **RIBO or OTL license** (mandatory).
- Minimum **1 year of insurance industry experience**.
- Strong sales and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: From $3,000.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
