Our company is looking for **Customer Service Representative** who'd like to be part of the excitement of our auction technology business.
**Qualifications**
- Skilled with technology and computers
- Strong Communication Skills
- Post Secondary Education is an asset
- Time Management Skills
- Previous experience in customer service
- Can work well as part of a team
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
- Utilizing software, databases, and tools appropriately.
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
