**About this opportunity**
Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full life cycle recruitment efforts for our Home Health operations in Ontario.

This role will be primarily home based and will require travel within Ontario, supporting in-person recruitment events.** **This is a 1 year contract position, with possibility of extension or becoming permanent based on business needs.

**Take an inside look at what you will do each day**:

- Collaborate with the business and HR/TA leaders to develop regional recruitment strategies and ensure flawless execution with the support of all stakeholders
- Plan and lead full life cycle recruiting for roles including Nurses, Personal Support Workers, and other professionals
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders and equip them with the knowledge and tools they need to support the hiring process
- Identify, share and implement best practices and trends in talent acquisition
- Provide regular reporting and metrics to all appropriate stakeholders
- Be a brand ambassador and promote CBI as an employer of choice online and all appropriate forums/events

**What you need to be successful**:

- 3+ years of full life cycle talent acquisition experience in a corporate environment
- University degree is required, and HR designation is considered an asset
- Experience in Healthcare is preferred
- The ability to build strong relationships with various stakeholders across the organization
- A collaborative approach - a strong team player
- Proven organization, communication and presentation skills
