**What will you do?**
- Ensure facilities are secure in accordance with Edon Management’s standards and facility’s contract requirements
- Provide leadership and training to security guards to ensure proper security of facilities, including those at new sites
- Manage and respond to critical incidents by coordinating staff for adequate response
- Review incident reports and investigate internal security issues as required
- Perform hands-on security duties and provide back-up support in cases of unscheduled security guard absences.
- Liaise with clients and address security requests and issues
- Ensure security related Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) requirements are being met
- ** Work on a rotating schedule**

**What are we looking for?**
- Must have a valid Security License
- Minimum two years of experience in a security-related supervisory role
- Excellent knowledge of security practices
- Strong command of the English language (reading and writing)
- Strong customer care, communication and client management skills
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead a team of staff to accomplish objectives
- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
