Apprentice Roofer

Position Title: Roof Repair Assistant

Roofer's Assistant Level 1: $22-27/hr

Roofer's Assistant Level 2: $27-30/hr

Repair Technician Level 1: $30-32/hr + commission and perks (after 12-18 months)

Position Type: Full TimeDescription of Duties:

- Assist roof technician with various roof repairs, inspections, removal of existing roofs and installations
- Assist roof technician with calling clients, setting appointments and preparing quotes
- Working with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Working and conducting business in a professional matterSkills and Requirements:

- Physically fit and able to carry 80lbs
- Reliable and hardworking
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to organize own transport to job sites
- Labour experience 2 years+
- Roofing experience an asset
- Comfortable with heights
- Comfortable with technology (excel, laptop, cell phone + apps)
- Presentable appearance
- Fall Protection Certificate an asset
- Able to work some Saturdays when necessaryCompensation and Perks:
