We are looking for skilled carpenter journey or roofer journey to fill full-time positions in building maintenance.
- Measure, order, cut, shape, assemble and join materials
- Fit and install trim items such as windows, doors, stairs, decks, flashings and hardware
- Complete framing repairs for wood frame constructed buildings
- Maintain and repair exterior building envelope
- Repair or install new roofing materials including torch-on, shingles, sheet and liquid membrane
- Supervise apprentices and laborer’s

**Requirements and qualifications**:

- 2 years of restoration and carpentry experience
- Enthusiasm and decent work attitude
- Own tools or equipment
- Valid BC driver’s license is an asset, but not required
- Completion of secondary school is required
- Criminal record check will be done

**Compensation**: $27-35 per hour
