As part of our rapidly growing team, you will play an important and unique role in working towards our mission to create the best people management system for our customers so they can spend more time doing what they love.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and office equipment
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Setting up and maintaining a help desk ticketing system
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Ordering equipment and provisioning accounts for new hires
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Monitoring systems to ensure security and compliance standards are met
- On-premise office network infrastructure maintenance
- Management of office hot desks, boardroom setup, and general office IT tasks
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- 5+ years in an IT support, systems administrator, or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication and a strong command of the English language
- Demonstrated experience configuring and maintaining enterprise networks and related services (VPN, firewall, QoS, etc)
- Experience configuring, maintaining, and running an efficient IT help desk
- Proficiency in working with both Mac/Linux and Windows hardware and software
- Proficiency with enterprise MDM, security, and account management tools
- Experience maintaining and configuring cloud services
**Bonus Skills and Qualifications**
- Familiarity with SOC2 and similar certification acquisition and compliance
- Industry recognized certifications in any of the following: cybersecurity, AWS, system administration
- Experience designing and implementing centralized monitoring solutions including logging, monitoring, alerting
- You are super smart and have earned a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
