The main mission of the IT support Specialist is to provide technical assistance to all employees for total of locations across all business units and Home Office. Team scales with the number of locations supported.

Provide first and second level of technical assistance to internal clinics and administrative staff of Dermapure and all associated banners. (Canada only)

The IT Support Specialist would triage and resolve most requests/incidents and escalate all other to the appropriate teams.

**Responsabilities and accountabilities**:
**1.** **Technical**
- Diagnose and solve incidents related to the use of a computer and mobile device by processing different tickets.
- Perform computer, printer/scanner and mobile equipment deployment (Configure, Ship and Support)

**2.** **Administrative**
- Document all requests and incidents details and incident troubleshooting in the service desk plus ticketing system
- Travel occasionally to support clinics in British Columbia
- Adhere to the company's vision and values
- Scrum (Agile methodology)

**Essential skills**:

- Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) Systems
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of IT tools:

- Windows 10/11
- MacOS
- IOS
- Office 365
- Microsoft Teams
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Active Directory
- Analytics and Problem Solving
- Clear and Empathic Communication with Interpersonal skills
- Time management, Priority Management and Triaging Skills
- Demonstrate autonomy and flexibility
- Demonstrate integrity and discretion
- Properly manage stressful situations

Spoken and written languages: English required and French is a plus.
