**Overview**

**Duties**
- Monitor surveillance systems and conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure safety and security.
- Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns.
- Enforce company policies and procedures related to safety and security.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in surveillance, loss prevention, or law enforcement is preferred.
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and monitoring equipment is advantageous.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
- Must possess a valid security guard license or certification as required by local regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in criminal justice or related fields is a plus.

- Security Guard Licence (required)
- CPR Certification (required)
- First Aid Certification (required)
