We are currently looking for a Sales Manager in Weyburn. If you want to grow your career by leading a team and helping local businesses thrive, this position is for you

**The Role**
- Lead a team of Account Managers. You will communicate clear objectives, observe performance, and coach your team to success.
- Provide sales forecasts and build plans that lead your team to reach revenue targets.
- Review CRM activity and identify opportunities for growth
- Hire and train new Account Managers when needed
- You will also develop your own client relationships, identify their needs and present solutions to address those needs.
- Oversee local sales budgets in conjunction with the Regional Manager.
- You have a proven track record in business-to-business sales.
- You are a leader and a coach.
- You are driven by success and eager to help local businesses reach their goals.
- You are proactive, always looking for new opportunities.
- You are an enthusiastic team player, highly organized, and self-motivated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (required)
- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Drivers License (required)
