We are looking for an experienced Supervisor - Personal Insurance to provide supervision to staff and sales and service to clients’ changing insurance needs at our office located in Sidney

**What you will do in the role**:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned employees
- Observe and evaluate the performance of employees on a regular basis, addressing performance concerns as they arise
- Coach employees to fully develop within their roles; identify training needs, and provide solutions
- Resolve employee and customer complaints
- General insurance-related and supervisory administrative duties

**You can offer SeaFirst**:

- An active level 2 general insurance license; a CAIB/CIP designation would be an asset
- A minimum of one year experience in a supervisory position
- Your strong sales and decision-making skills
- A positive attitude and excellent customer service skills
- Your desire to be part of our dynamic and collaborative team

**Where and when you will work**:

- Sidney Office, in-person
- Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
- Permanent, Full-time employment (40 hrs/week)

**Supplemental pay types**:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay
