**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Responsible for cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of the entire Hotel.
- Assigning workers their duties and inspect work for conformance to prescribed standards.
- Conducting orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures, and to demonstrate use and maintenance of equipment.
- Handling guest complaints and queries related to housekeeping services.
- Reporting all maintenance issues.
- Participating in departmental & leadership meetings.
- Following proper privacy and security procedures.
- Providing support to the Facilities Manager with any additional duties.
- Performing cleaning, deep cleaning and laundry duties daily.

**Skills** **& Qualifications**
- Proven work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.
- Knowledge of hotel housekeeping procedures, including laundry & deep clean
- Ability to walk, bend, push, pull and lift repetitively during working hours.
- Excellent organizational and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Attention to detail and quality control.
- Problem solving and decision making.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Must be available every weekend & statuary holiday, for shifts up to 8h, as early as 8AM, and as late as 6:30PM.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
