**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for successful communication with clients at all times including the completion of checklists and quality control by company standards
- Responsible for all supply ordering through numerous suppliers
- Responsible for coordinating, training, setting up multiply teams while completing your own jobs.
- Ensure safe and proper use of all hand tools, saws, and air nailers at all times
- Responsible for successfully counting and reconciling materials for each job
- Carry out all Laborer tasks when required
- Effectively communicate clear instructions to all Laborer's
- Meticulously follow all project checklists without guidance
- Ensure all safety equipment is properly worn by all Laborer's at all times (i.e.. earplugs, safety glasses, gloves, helmets, boots) and are in good repair
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations when operating equipment or walking on the job site even when not on active duty
- Maintain a brisk and productive pace of activities are maintained to complete each assigned task within each allotted time constraints

**Requirements**:

- 12+ years of construction experience in building Decks required
- 10+ years experience in a management role required
- 10+ years Purchasing manager Required
- A valid G license with clean driver's abstract
- Experience driving a truck and trailer in tow
- Strong ability to effectively manage all projects and timelines
- Strong and effective communication skills required
- Understanding of building plans and elevations
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous customer-facing experience is considered a must

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift

- Ottawa, ON K1Z 8S7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
