**We are currently seeking an Associate Broker who will foster and establish new relationships with people in our target Commercial Insurance markets and will drive business and revenue growth with your strong influential skills.**

**We provide in-house, field, and ongoing training, top notch support teams and marketing technology to empower your growth and success. This opportunity provides unlimited potential income in a guaranteed commission driven environment.**

**What will you do?**
- Cultivate and nurture relationships to drive sales and retention - with the ability to pull in quick wins to meet established goals and targets
- Able to build a personalized plan to meet the specific needs of each Commercial Insurance client
- Brainstorm and execute new strategies to attract our Commercial Insurance target markets
- Attend networking events and conduct in person meetings to generate and close leads
- Assist with marketing and placing of commercial policies

**About you**:

- 1-3 years’ experience in Commercial Lines i.e., CL underwriting, sales, customer service
- RIBO license in good standing is required
- Creative ability to build relationships (via a variety of means), present, influence and negotiate Commercial Insurance product offerings
- Unwavering commitment to drive results
