**Job Summary**
**Are you a relationship builder with experience in sales or business development?** The Autism Resource Centre (ARC) is looking for a dynamic individual to expand the Ready, Willing & Able (RWA) program in Regina. Since 2014, RWA has helped over 5,000 businesses hire individuals on the autism spectrum or with an intellectual disability.

**Now, we need your skills to connect employers with this talented workforce.**

As an Inclusive Employment Liaison, you will play a crucial role in promoting diversity and inclusivity within the community of Regina.

**Role Overview**:
The Inclusive Employment Liason will connect with businesses, promote inclusive hiring, and link employers to a qualified talent pool of job seekers with intellectual disabilities or on the autism spectrum.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outreach to businesses, promoting the benefits of inclusive hiring.
- Discuss workforce planning with potential employers and how inclusive hiring can help fill gaps in their businesses.
- Engage employers to diversify recruitment and hiring practices.
- Build partnerships with community employment agencies to identify job seekers.
- Deliver presentations to promote employment for people with disabilities.
- Collect and share success stories of inclusive hiring.

**Additional Duties**:

- Develop tools and resources for awareness efforts.
- Participate in RWA marketing and social media campaigns.
- Attend monthly RWA team calls.
- Maintain reporting and documentation as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of the local labor market and hiring trends.
- An ability to understand local small business owners and their challenges.
- Experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives is an asset.Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
- Post-secondary education in related fields or equivalent experience.

**Working Conditions**:
