**About the Position**

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented **Print Machine Operator** to join our growing team. As an essential part of our operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery, contributing directly to our production goals. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Machine Setup & Operation** - Configure and adjust machines, ensuring proper tool size, screen alignment, and optimal printing conditions.
- **Ink Preparation & Application** - Mix and match inks according to approved color specifications, ensuring consistency across production runs.
- **Screen & Equipment Maintenance** - Clean, inspect, and maintain printing screens and machinery to ensure efficiency and longevity.
- **Quality Assurance** - Conduct inspections to verify cup dimensions, print clarity, color accuracy, and overall product quality.
- **Production & Packaging** - Monitor production output, organize printed cups, and prepare them for packaging and shipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills, especially in a fast-paced production environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.
- Highly detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience operating machinery (preferably in a manufacturing or production setting) is an asset.
- Willingness to undergo on-site training to develop skills and knowledge specific to our equipment and processes.
