We are a leading Printing and Production company committed to delivering exceptional customer service, and we're looking for an experienced Digital Printing and Production Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee digital printing orders.
- Handle overall customer order management.
- Monitor and manage workflow and daily production prioritizations.
- Order Entry into the software system.
- Provide customers with regular updates on their order and delivery status.
- Coordinate shipping, packaging, and daily delivery updates to customers.
- Liaise with suppliers for incoming deliveries and issue purchase orders as needed.
- Assist with day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations as needed.

Some of these responsibilities are to support as back up only.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in the Print Industry is MUST.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of various paper types.
- Experience working with digital printers.
- Strong background in customer service and order management.
- Experience with offset printing and print finishing is a plus.

Remuneration: Salary plus profit sharing

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
