The Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development's Employment and Training Division supports programs and services that ensure a skilled workforce. The Employment Ontario network is designed to assist everyone including individuals seeking skills upgrades or employment, and employers and businesses looking to develop their workforce and support their current and prospective employees. The West Region leads the regional operational delivery of programs and services in the employment and training space including workforce development, apprenticeship, employment, training, and responding to local changes in the labour market.
