**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using the POS system.
- Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and respond to any requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and the overall dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of meals.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Handle cashiering duties including processing payments accurately.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality (Asian restaurant experience) is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food industry practices is advantageous.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated to assist guests effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential for maintaining health standards in the restaurant environment.
