Admissions Representative

King Heights Academy is a prestigious Kindergarten to grade 12 IB World School dedicated to providing a high-quality, student-centered education. We are seeking a dynamic, and personable Admissions Representative to join our team.

**Job Summary**
The Admissions Representative plays a key role in welcoming prospective families, guiding them through the admissions process, and ensuring a seamless and positive experience. This position involves lead generation, outreach, tour coordination, and enrollment support.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule tours, and assist the Admissions Director with ensuring a warm and informative experience for visitors.
- Follow up with leads in a timely manner to answer questions and encourage enrollment.
- Assist with admissions events such as open houses, info sessions, and community outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to develop strategies for increasing enrollment.
- Seek out and cultivate new leads through networking, social media, and local outreach.
- Provide administrative and marketing support for the admissions team as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in admissions, sales, customer service, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable speaking with prospective families.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM systems (or willingness to learn).
- Passion for education and a belief in the value of private schooling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
