100 Ways is a quickly growing E-commerce jewellery store based out of downtown Vancouver. We specialize in pre-owned fine jewellery, diamonds and custom items. We offer a wide selection of sustainable, timeless, and truly unique pieces.

**About the Position**:
We are currently hiring for a full-time Customer Experience Representative We're hoping to find someone who prides themselves on their ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, through engaging in-store and online interactions.

Our ideal team member would embody positivity, enthusiasm, and an understanding of what it means to make every customer experience a memorable one. Coupled with and eagerness to learn, and an ability to adapt and grow with a highly motivated and dedicated team

**What every team member needs**:

- At least **2 year of experience** in a customer service role.
- Experience with jewelry is an asset.
- Great customer service/communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- To be self-motivated and results driven.
- To have a proven interest in learning and development.
- Comfortable being in front of a camera (modelling jewelry) and photographing products.
- An understanding of Shopify is an asset, though not required.

**Your role as a Customer Experience Representative**:

- Create a personalized experience for each and every customer you sit down with as well as building relationships with our ever growing client base.
- Monitoring customer payments in store as well as accurate data entry and filing once the appointment is complete.
- Help to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Working hands on with jewellery, photographing and creating product listings on 100 Ways.
- Have a willingness to take on other tasks and projects as they arise.

**Hours**:
This is full-time position, approximately 40 hours/week.

We are presently looking for our team members to be available between Tuesday to Saturday (5 days per week) from 9:00am-5:00pm.

**Requirements**:
2+ years of customer service experience.
